Shipping policy

We are only too happy to keep you informed of the status of your order. How do we do that? Well, like this:

1. As soon as we have received your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.

2. As soon as the order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. In the same e-mail we will also give you the track & trace number of your order.
 
track & trace
After the package has left our warehouse, you can track your order on the website of the delivery service via the track & trace link. For smaller products that are sent as a letterbox package, you will not find a track & trace in the shipping confirmation. You cannot track these shipments.

Delivery time
We have most products in stock and are delivered the next day or a day later. With your order we will indicate when you can expect the order. This will be packaged neutrally and discreetly and sent via PostNL, Red Je Pakketje or DHL and only offered at your home address (so not at the neighbors). If you are not at home, you can pick up the package at the nearest PostNL or DHL collection point. Your package will stay here for about 10 days before it is sent back to us. If the item is returned to us in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount.

Postage costs
We do our utmost to keep costs as low as possible. For orders in the Netherlands up to € 50, shipping costs € 4.95. For orders above € 0,= we will pay the shipping costs.
