Still not happy with your product? Or is it broken? That's annoying. We will try to solve that together with you!
Exchange or return
Not completely satisfied with your purchase or would you rather not have the item? No problem. At Rimba Store you can exchange or return an item within 14 days. We do have a few extra conditions for this - and you will undoubtedly find that just as logical as we do:
- The product is complete, unused and will be returned to us in the original (undamaged packaging).
- Products that are damaged or used are not eligible for exchange or refund
- Intimate products, such as sex toys, lingerie and underwear, of which the packaging has been opened and/or the hygiene seal has been broken, cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons.
If you want to exchange or return a product, we ask you to send us an email. (info@epicurius.nl). Always state which item it concerns and your invoice number. After receiving the application, you will receive further instructions by e-mail about the further processing. After the items have been received, the purchase amount will be immediately transferred to your account.
Delivered broken or incomplete
Is your product not doing what it should do upon delivery? We recommend that you read the manual again. Often the problem turns out to be the incorrect connection of the charging cable or something else simple. This way you can immediately use your new toy!
Is your product still not working after this? Of course we find that very annoying. We will try to solve it together for you. Send us an email (info@epicurius.nl) describing the problem and we will discuss the best solution with you. The starting point is always that you are happy with the outcome!
